Return Policy

We want customers to be satisfied with purchases made through KitMingle. This Return Policy explains our general return and refund procedures.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the product should generally be unused and in substantially the same condition in which it was received. Original packaging and accessories should also be included where reasonably applicable.

Your order number
The product you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photographs where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

We will review your request and provide appropriate return instructions if the return is eligible.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly.

Please provide photographs or other reasonable evidence showing the issue so that we can evaluate the request.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is required because we supplied an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, KitMingle will be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs where a physical return is required.

If the return results from a change of mind, incorrect customer selection, or another reason not caused by an error on our part, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

After an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at service@kitmingle.com.

Orders that have already entered fulfillment or have been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, the applicable return procedure may need to be followed.
